DW Marketing Inc. provides its products, services and Web sites, subject to the following terms of use ("Terms of Use"). If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use this site. CONDITIONS

• upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

FEES AND PAYMENTS

You agree to pay the applicable fees and any other charges incurred in connection with your DW Marketing Inc Account at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. You will be billed on a monthly basis. All fees and charges paid by you will be governed according to our Terms of Service and are nonrefundable.

• YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. DW MARKETING INC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND PARTNERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER.

AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE; (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS; AND (v) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.
• ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS ACCESSED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.
• NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM DW MARKETING INC OR THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT DW MARKETING INC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM USE OF OUR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS.

TERMINATION

These Terms of Use are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms of Use at any time by discontinuing use of our Services and destroying all materials obtained from us.

CHILDREN

No children under the age of 18 are allowed to use any features of our products and services that result in the collection of a child's personal information without parental consent.

RIGHT TO MONITOR

DW MARKETING INC reserves the right to monitor all traffic to our sites and content posted on those sites.
